The “website” is composed of a series of pages open to the public accessible at https://imrs-mali.dataforall.org/ and subdomains. The “platform” is an application hosted at https://imrs-mali.dataforall.org/ that is accessible only to registered users. The “platform” is essentially a tool for collecting and managing data related to the Mali IPC-Resilience. The “platform” is composed of the Mali IPC-Resilience mobile application and the web application that allows users to be managed as well as the statistical data collected. "You" are a visitor to this website, a user of the platform, or both.

By accessing the website, we do not collect any of your personal data. However, as users of the "platform", you agree to the collection, storage and use of this information for the purposes of database management and authentication of the data collected. When you log in to the site, your personal information (for example, your email address, name and telephone number that you provide on the platform) is recorded in our database.

Your email address will be used for the purpose of:
- identifying you and activating your profile.
- retaining emails in case your password is forgotten.
- to send you notifications related to actions performed on the platform.
- authenticating the data you collect on the mobile application.
- singling out your identifiers in our servers if errors or latency are noted.
Your phone number will be used for verification of your account.
The data/responses provided by you as qualitative and narrative data while using this application will be used for effective display of indicators and their attributes.
Data Retention You have the freedom to delete your account on the mobile application. By doing so, your account will also be deleted from the database. Also, in case you are no longer part of the Mali IPC-Resilience project (as an enumerator or reviewer), your account will be deleted from the database.
View, modify or delete your information You can modify your details in the platform at any time - either by contacting the administrator or on your own through the Mali IPC-Resilience mobile application. Also, in case you are no longer a part of the Mali IPC-Resilience project (as an enumerator or reviewer), your account will be deleted from the database.
Cookies When you log in to the Platform, we store cookies in your browser to record information about your session. This is done to ensure that there is no need to log in to the Platform again each time you exit the browser.
Updates We reserve the right to modify this Privacy Policy at any time. In the event of an update to this Privacy Policy, the date will be changed and the updated version will be posted on our website.
